Christine uses the new well for drinking and washing clothes

Christine is 29 years old, and lives with her family in the village of Aloborom, in Northern Uganda. In this picture, she is filling up a bucketful of water at the new water source drilled by Divine Waters Uganda. Christine reports that this source is helping them mostly for drinking and washing clothes. It’s also good for cooking food.

She also added that the former water created a lot of problems, as it caused sicknesses like typhoid and stomach pain. Because of the new well you helped provide, children no longer suffer from stomach pain and the water flows fast, saving them time!
