Mercy no longer has to wait for water!

Dear Soph, George, and Claudine,

Mercy is 9 years old and is in second grade. She and her family live in Northern Uganda.

Mercy says she used to get to school late, because she had to first fetch water in the early morning for her parents to water their small garden. Often, she would be very delayed because there was a long wait for water. In addition, the old water source was very dirty and the water often made her and her family sick.

Because of the well that your donations have generously supported, Mercy says she that she no longer falls ill and now attends class regularly!
