Healthy stomachs and clean water

Thank you so much for supporting Divine Waters Uganda (DWU)! Many people in Uganda fight every day over water to sustain their everyday needs. Your contributions helped install a bio-sand water filter in the community of someone like Mrs. Ogweng.

Mrs. Ogweng wanted to thank you personally. She says that this bio-sand filter made life so much better. They are now drinking clean water compared to the stream water which they used to drink. They no longer have upset stomachs ­- diarrhea has disappeared from their village because of your generosity.
